Museum-Estate of the Decembrist Trubetskoy

Visit to the Irkutsk house of the head of the uprising of 1825 in Russia – prince Sergei Trubetskoy, whose wife with her feat for ever immortalized the memory of the Decembrists in Siberia. Although Trubetskoy’s family do not have time to grow roots in this house the exhibition keeps the memory of the rebels life. The museum is located in one of the most unusual wooden buildings in the city of Irkutsk, and the exposition allows you to get acquainted with the way of life of the intelligentsia in Siberia.

Visit to the museum: Irkutsk regional historical-memorial museum of the Decembrists, house and manor of S.P.Trubetskoy.
