We will discuss one of the most controversial moments in the history of the development of Irkutsk land. We will talk about those people who went to seek new wealth in the territories of North America and Oceania – merchants, scientists, writers, saints – about their contribution to the development of the whole of Russia. During the excursion we will visit those places in Irkutsk, which still preserve the memory of Russian America.
Main Attractions: Church of the Savior, Kirov Square, the oldest in Siberia nunnery monastery called Our Lady of the Sign, Annunciation Square, Irkutsk Sloboda (130th quarter), the monument to the Irkutsk coat of arms, the mansion of Dudorovskiy – one of the monopolist in Russian America, the only one in Siberia marine church in the name of Saint Charalambos, the house of the General Directorate of the Russian-American Company.

Visit to the museum: not planned.
