In this trip we will get acquainted with the main archeological monuments of the city. After all, Irkutsk is not without reason called the oldest place of permanent human settlement on the territory of the Russian Federation. Irkhe – the eternal city, as ancient Turks called it. We will try to understand who were the people who inhabited these territories from time immemorial. Let us look into the distant past and draw conclusions about the future of the Irkutsk land. We will visit the places of grandiose archaeological discoveries and will feel like seekers of antiquities.
Main attractions: Church of the Savior, Military Hospital, Irkutsk fortress prison, Lisiha, Kuzmiha, Kaiskaya Grove, Star Grove, the park of the Paris Commune, the house of Micharel Gerasimov.
