09:00-10:00 Ascent from the village of Mondy (altitude 1300 m) to the supporting point of border guards (altitude 1600 m) by an off-road vehicle.
10:00-13:00 The beginning of the ascent to the peak. On the way, visit a picturesque waterfall on the Hulugaima River (altitude 2500 m).![]()
13:00-14:00 Lunch at the circus of Mount Khulugaysha (altitude 2700 m) opposite the weather station of the Institute of Solar Terrestrial Physics of the SB RAS.![]()
14:00-16:00 Ascent to the peak of Khulugaysha (altitude 3015 m). Time for photos on top. Optionally, a passage to the northern edge of the plateau for overlook of the Black Lakes. ![]()
16:00-18:00 Descent from the peak in the same way to the supporting point of border guards (1600 m). ![]()
18:00-19:00 Return from the supporting point of the border guards to the village of Mondy by an off-road vehicle.
19:00-20:00 Dinner in a cafe at the village of Mondy.
20:00-00:00 Return to Irkutsk.
Duration: 19 hours, 10-12 km on foot.
