2 DAY (Sunday): Journey to the Baikal Triangle

10:00-11:00 Jeep ride to the northern extremity of the island of Olkhon to Cape Khoboy. The route will take place in a variety of landscapes from the sandy barkhans of the Sasa tract to the pine groves of the northern tip of the island.![]()
11:00-12:00 On the way, a overlook of the sacred Cape Sagan-Khushun.![]()
12:00-13:00 A walk to Cape Khoboy which is one of the vertex of the famous Baikal Triangle and one of the most beautiful capes on Lake Baikal. In auspicious weather, at the foot of cape likes to bask in the sun the nerpa – a Baikal seal (in the winter, an inspection of ice caves and grottoes).![]()
13:00-14:00 After a walk to the cape a lunch of freshly caught Baikal fish is waiting in the bosom of nature.
14:00-15:00 On the way back, an overlook of the Uzury valley, in the immediate vicinity of which the deepest point of Lake Baikal is located – 1637 m. Return to the village of Khuzhir in the evening.![]()
17:00-22:00 Transfer to the city of Irkutsk. Dinner in one of the roadside cafes in the tradition of Buryat cuisine.
