How to book an excursion?
To order an excursion, you just need to call the specified phones or send the application in free form (with contact details) by e-mail. After accepting the application within 24 hours we will contact you and confirm the possibility of conducting the excursion at the time you specified. 

What is included in the tour price?

The cost of absolutely all excursions includes payment for the services of a qualified guide, the cost of renting a comfortable transport. In addition, the price includes the entrance ticket to the museum (if you plan to visit it). In case of a trip duration of more than 5 hours, the trip cost must include one-time or two-time meals. We can always find a place for you where you can eat delicious, safe and cheap.

When should I book an excursion?

We ask you to apply for the excursions no later than 24 hours before the event and no later than month before the tour.

What documents can you provide us?

We work under a contract for the provision of services, which is concluded remotely and is provided to the customer in a personal meeting. As a result of the excursion, payment documents are provided in the form of strict reporting forms. In case of work by bank transfer or at the request of the accounting department, we provide an acceptance certificate, an invoice, as well as a copy of the information letter on the right to apply a simplified taxation system.

Does the attendant of the group pay for the tour?

The attendant is entitled to a free participation in excursions to the museum or other tourist site with a group of more than 15 people.
