DAY 2 (Sunday): The most difficult complex of tunnels and place of birth of Baikal.

10:00-10:30 Walk to the first tunnels of the Circum-Baikal Railway No. 38 and No. 37 “Small and Large Prop Bays”. View of tunnels and training places for climbers.

10:30-11:30 Walking pass to Cape Khabartuy. Overlook of one of the most complex tunnel complexes on the Circum-Baikal Railway. In one section with a length of just over a kilometer, there are 4 galleries, 3 tunnels, 7 retaining walls and 6 viaducts.

11:30-12:00 Passage through the third largest tunnel on the Circum-Baikal Railway – No. 35 “Big Khabartuy” with a length of 548.3 m. Discovering of the inside adit in the tunnel with access to Baikal, as well as observation from a close distance of the nesting site of the large cormorant.

12:00-13:00 Walk to a complex of tunnels at the mouth of the Big Steep Bay River in Baikal. 3 DAY (Monday): Journey to the center of the Circum-Baikal Railway.

10:00-11:00 Passage to Sharyzhalgay complex of tunnels. Discovering of one of the most difficult complex of tunnels at the Circum-Baikal Railway. In one section of less than a kilometer in length, there are 3 tunnels, 3 galleries, 4 bridges and 3 retaining walls.

11:00-11:30 Acquaintance with the beautiful outcrops of the Sharyzhalgay rocks known as the "nature letters" at the portal of the tunnel No. 29 Small Sharyzhalgay, and also with unusual geological formations called "stone eggs".

11:30-12:00 The passage to the gallery №12 – the largest concrete structure on the Circum-Baikal Railway.

12:00-12:30 The walk through the tunnel №26 “Big Pillars”, viewing the famous tunnel "with a foot» №25 Small Pillars at the narrowest point on the Circum-Baikal Railway. 4 DAY (Tuesday): Half of Way.

11:00-11:30 Acquaintance with the Marituy village. Overlook of the house of the head of the Marituy distance Michael Pesterevo – the place of the first scientific limnological station on the Circum-Baikal Railway.

11:30-13:00 Passage to Halfway Cape.

11:00-12:00 Continuation of the trek to the Italian part of the Circum-Baikal Railway near Cape Shumikhinsky. Along the way, the famous "White Cutting" – a beautiful outcrop of marbles, where more than 70 minerals were discovered, many of which are not found anywhere else in the world.

12:00-13:00 Acquaintance with the Italian part of the Circum-Baikal Railway. Discovering of the famous "Italian wall", passing through the longest gallery on the CBR – No. 7 “Big Shumikhinskaya” with length of 183 m.

13:00-14:00 Check in the tourist base “Shumikha” in accordance with the selected level of accommodation. Lunch at the tourist base “Shumikha”.

6 DAY (Thursday): The final day on the CBR.

10:00-11:00 Passage to the station Ulanovo. On the way, overlook of the old building of a water tower.

11:00-13:00 Continuation of the hiking to Thick Cape. On the way, the discovering of three galleries, as well as an abandoned "Italian wall".
13:00-14:00 Lunch at the stake at Thick Cape.
14:00-15:00 Passage to the tunnel No. 5 “Nameless” the length of which is less than the length of gallery attached to it. Viewing of the place of one of the most terrible railway disasters on the Circum-Baikal Railway.

15:00-18:00 Passage to the last big structure on the way - gallery No. 1 “Nameless”.

18:00-19:00 Continuation of the trek to the station “Baikal”.
